Lead Educator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading initiatives that address whole school strategic planning, while maintaining exemplary classroom practice.

The role involves providing instructional leadership to inspire, lead and empower evidence-based literacy and numeracy programs with a focus on collaborative practice, to enhance student learning and engagement. As an approachable leader, you will promote a culture of high expectations and belonging with a demonstrated ability to enhance the well-being needs of all students, staff, and community through positive partnerships.

  • Successful teaching experience with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice.
  • Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare with the ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs.
  • Educational leadership skills to build the capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams.
