The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that donated goods are recycled correctly and efficiently, and that every customer leaves with a good experience.

This role involves working independently, with good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in providing extraordinary customer service, who is well presented, high energy, and hands-on.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Loading/unloading loose goods, including furniture items;
  • Performing general labor tasks together with a jockey;
  • Distribution of goods to stores and assisting retail staff where required;
  • Presenting a professional work environment and positive customer experience;
  • Using an electronic device to complete delivery paperwork;
  • Maintaining safe WHS methods and driving practices;
  • Completing pre-start checks, reporting incidents, near misses and vehicle maintenance issues;
  • Warehouse duties, eg, processing donations, picking and packing, cleanliness and other duties as required by the Logistic Supervisor.
