Job Overview

Investment Operations Expertise is required to perform a wide range of tasks that are critical to the smooth functioning of our investment operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing trade processes, from execution to settlement and reporting.

  • End-to-end trade management with accurate execution, settlement, and reporting.
  • Conduct daily cash and position reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and addressing them promptly.
  • Oversee corporate actions, dividends, and interest payments to ensure correct handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain precise records of portfolio transactions and holdings.
  • Prepare detailed investment and performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist in automating data flows and reporting to enhance efficiency.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
  • Support risk management initiatives by identifying potential operational risks.
  • Monitor investment mandates and guidelines to maintain compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar role within a fund management or administration environment.
  • Strong understanding of fund accounting, risk, and compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of funds and performance management.
  • Ability to develop robust control frameworks.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
