Security and Customer Service Professional

At SECUREcorp, we are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Full-time or Casual security professional to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response to one of our retail sites based in Redbank.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality security and customer service duties
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing necessary support
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logs

This role comes with a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus access to our Employee Assistance Program, Employee wellbeing platform, and Security Services Industry Award rates reviewed annually.

  • Current Security License
  • Control Room License (highly regarded)
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters and willingness to work nights/weekends
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work as part of a team
