National Hospitality Operations Manager Job Description

Our business is looking for a skilled National Hospitality Operations Manager to lead our food and beverage teams across multiple sites in South Australia and Western Australia.   • Lead and manage the food and beverage team to ensure catering operations align with contractual obligations, meeting client and staff satisfaction standards.
  • Establish and monitor food standards, preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques to meet ISS brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize food cost and expenses within budget constraints.
  2. Manage menus for routine meal services, private, and formal functions in accordance with contractual agreements.
  3. Maintain the highest possible standard of hygiene, adhering to Health & Safety regulations and HACCP food preparation guidelines.
  4. Regularly review and address client staff feedback and maintenance registers.
  5. Manage banking and recording of money received.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience leading and developing a multi-faceted food and beverage business with a strong focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining productive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Operations, Business, Food and Beverage or related discipline.
  • Holding and maintaining relevant certifications, including HACCP Level 3 qualifications, First Aid Certificate – Level 3, Food Safety Supervisor certification, and RSA certificate.
  • Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment (TAE40122).
  • Basic accounting skills, including budgeting and reporting.
