About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team at Integrated Project Services. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes and supporting utilities for our clients in the life science industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design leadership for projects from concept design to procurement, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and supporting utilities, including estimation of utility requirements, design of utilities generation and distribution systems, and performing engineering studies for expanding, improving, or automating existing facilities.
  • Assume ownership of the process-related aspects of a portion of a large project or an entire small project, providing technical support to the design teams as needed.
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and members of the IPS design team, providing technical expertise and guidance as required.
  • Act as a resource for design questions and assist in the education and development of design staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or higher.
  • At least 7-10 years of engineering experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries.
  • Knowledge of cGMPs as they affect process design and equipment specification.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer designation in Australia (preferred).
