Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Westfield Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to drive sales targets, ensure smooth store operations, and develop the skills of our employees.

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure smooth running of day-to-day store operations and team performance
  • Coffee employees on KPIs on a weekly basis
  • Regular sales and operational reporting
  • Update rosters and scheduling of the workforce throughout the store
  • Support recruitment processes, interviews, and ensure smooth on-boarding of new employees
  • Stay up to date with Tissot E-learning platform
  • Conduct regular sales and product training to coach and develop the team
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to
  • Oversee inventory management and stock procedures
  • Handle elevated customer complaints
  • Conduct formal performance appraisals and provide ongoing feedback
  • Uphold the highest level of professionalism and customer service

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years retail experience in a premium sector
  • Previous experience in retail management
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration (preferred)
  • Highly developed and proven customer service skills
  • Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Energy, drive, and enthusiasm
