Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Manager to lead our social media strategy and content creation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and experienced professional to join our marketing team and make a significant impact on our brand's online presence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our social media advertising campaigns.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with our franchise network to ensure consistency and alignment across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Create engaging and targeted content for our social media platforms, including posts, stories, and reels
  • Manage and schedule social media content using SMM systems
  • Assist and support our new business owners in creating all social media pages
  • Keep up to date with current social media trends and best practices, and conduct research into current trends and major influencers
  • Run social media advertising campaigns
  • Track, report, and evaluate social media insights and metrics for continuous improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (desired)
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management
  • Experience in creating and managing social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
  • Keyword and SEO experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma
  • Experience with Hootsuite, Sociamonials, and Trello
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Mailchimp
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for social media and finance
  • Eager to learn and great attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask while ensuring superb time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Photography skills
  • Exceptional customer focus and service approach
  • Demonstrated strength in collaboration and continuous improvement
