Enrolled Nurse

We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Southern Cross Care, providing high-quality nursing care to our residents in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Promote independence and support residents in engaging in meaningful activities
- Work collaboratively with other staff and qualified practitioners to provide person-centered care and support
- Ensure medications are administered safely and effectively
- Provide guidance and support to Personal Carers on each shift
- Maintain current knowledge of best practice clinical care within the scope of enrolled nursing practice
- Report any risks that may cause an accident or injury
- Keep detailed records and ensure comprehensive handovers between shifts
We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse with a Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration, who has at least 1-2 years of experience working in an Aged Care environment. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to read and write clearly, and have a high level of understanding of the requirements to support residents living with dementia.
