Technical Lead - Design and Integration Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and implementation of technical solutions for our NetSuite platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on NetSuite customization, scripting, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing scalable and high-performance NetSuite solutions
  • Optimizing code and solution architecture for performance and future growth
  • Leading the integration of NetSuite with external systems using SuiteTalk APIs
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to implement and maintain integration pipelines
  • Developing and overseeing end-to-end testing strategies

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with NetSuite development and architecture
  • Strong hands-on experience with SuiteTalk APIs
  • Proven experience in designing scalable and high-performing NetSuite solutions
  • Deep knowledge of NetSuite customization, scripting (SuiteScript 2.x), and integration patterns
  • Experience with automated testing strategies and tools in the NetSuite ecosystem

Other responsibilities include acting as a liaison between developers, functional consultants, and stakeholders, coordinating sprint deliverables and technical backlogs with internal and external teams, and owning and maintaining technical documentation across solutions.

This role requires excellent communication and documentation skills, particularly in bridging technical and non-technical teams, as well as demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and technical coordination.
