Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Development: Oversee the development of control systems from concept through commissioning, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards.
  • System Architecture: Design and program PLC and SCADA systems, focusing on Rockwell and Schneider platforms.
  • Integration: Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and process engineers to integrate control systems into broader projects.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Design Documentation: Develop and maintain design documentation, including specifications, control philosophies, I/O lists, network architectures, and FAT/SAT procedures.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.

About This Opportunity:

We seek someone with excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in control systems engineering, preferably in automation or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in Rockwell (RSLogix/Studio 5000) and Schneider (Unity Pro/EcoStruxure) PLC platforms.
  • Experience with SCADA systems like Citect, FactoryTalk View, or Wonderware.
  • The ability to produce clear, structured documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • An understanding of OT network design, protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profibus), and cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with IEC 61131-3 standards and structured programming.
