About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Driver Trainer to join our team at Team Global Express. As a Driver Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering national licensing, accredited, and non-accredited training programs for our drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess driver competency under the Vocational Education Training Framework and Verification of Competency (VOC) Program.
  • Induct drivers in operating procedures and familiarization with specific vehicles and equipment for safe operation.
  • Record training and assessment activities accurately within our Learning Management System.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to gain the qualification).
  • Multi Combination and Forklift License.
  • Previous RTO Driver Training Experience (desired).
  • Experience in a similar role within a Transport/Logistics business.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and information technology (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel when required.
