Account Executive Role

This is a key position within our organization that requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding new partners through the onboarding process, providing support and training for a seamless start.
  • They will also coordinate and conduct training sessions on operational processes, tutoring methodologies, and business strategies to ensure alignment with our brand guidelines.
  • In addition, they will build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, serving as their primary contact for any inquiries or concerns.

The ideal candidate will reside in Sydney, have experience in franchise and business coaching, own a car, and hold a valid driver's license. They should also be currently studying at university and open to flexible roles.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new partners, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure understanding of operational processes, tutoring methodologies, and business strategies.
