Job Title: Automotive Parts Specialist

Job Description:
We are dedicated to providing top-quality auto parts and exceptional customer service. Our team seeks an experienced and customer-focused automotive parts specialist to join our sales team.
In this role, you will assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts using your expertise in automotive parts, combined with excellent communication and sales skills.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive parts, interpreting their needs, providing expert advice on the best products, and guiding them through the purchase process.
Key Responsibilities include: assisting customers with part identification, providing exceptional customer service, translating technical information into clear language, recommending and upselling related products, processing orders, managing inventory, handling ordering and shipments, maintaining customer records, and staying informed about the latest automotive trends.
Qualifications include: proven experience in automotive parts sales or a customer service role, strong communication skills, previous sales experience, knowledge of parts cataloging systems, computer databases, and a valid driver's license.

Requirements: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent position available with 55 hours expected per week, $25.00 - $35.00 per hour pay, 10 hour shift schedule, and Australia Work Authorisation preferred.
