Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to cater to the diverse needs of children in our care. Your role will involve fostering their interests and strengths, implementing stimulating programs, and creating a nurturing learning environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to support little people to grow and realise their potential while ensuring compliance and safety requirements are met. You will also need to assist with cleaning and food preparation as required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cater to the diversity of children in our care by fostering their interests and strengths
  2. Implement stimulating and inclusive programs that are fun for the children
  3. Create a safe, play-based environment for children to thrive
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A passion for working with children
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player with a creative and energetic approach
  • Valid compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid etc.)
  • Two doses of approved COVID-19 vaccination, with the willingness to comply with additional health requirements
