We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to provide essential support to our residents in Bundaberg, Queensland.
About the RoleDeliver high-quality care and support to residents who require assistance with daily living tasks, including mobility, meals, and personal care.
Maintain the personal dignity and privacy of all residents, their representatives, and staff, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Undertake tasks as delegated by Registered Nurses, ensuring a seamless delivery of care services.
Contribute to a positive wellbeing model of care, prioritizing resident-centred care.
Support residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
Assist residents with medication management, as required.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the care team to deliver holistic care services.
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
Current National Police Certificate or ability to acquire.
Australian Work Rights.
