**Mission Leader Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our international ministry projects and partnerships.

This role requires a committed follower of Jesus Christ, passionate about God's mission, with a personal desire to share the good news of the Christian gospel with others.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of how to work cross-culturally with international partners to pursue shared missional goals.

A clear understanding/awareness of missional and development theology is essential for this position.

The successful candidate will possess qualifications and/or skills that match their heart for this role.

They will be able to communicate effectively with different groups and stakeholders by various means.

An ability to see the big picture and manage project complexities, along with a commitment to task completion and compliance, is crucial.

This inspirational leader will know how to get the best out of team members to achieve mutually agreed objectives and outcomes.

Responsibilities include partnerships and project coordination with local teams across Asia and Africa.

Direct report to the CEO/National Director.
