
Cultural Transformation Leader

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our People and Culture function, driving performance management and leader enablement. This is a unique opportunity to reshape our organization's culture and contribute to its growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement frameworks that drive employee performance and capability.
- Streamline and automate our HR systems using tools like Rippling.
- Design and execute high-volume recruitment strategies leveraging data-driven insights.
- Embed rituals that foster a positive culture and monitor employee satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in People and Culture / People Ops leadership with a proven track record of scaling teams and systems.
- Expertise in performance management including frameworks, reviews, PIPs, and leader enablement.
- Strong knowledge of employment relations laws ensuring compliance and fairness.
- Talent acquisition systems experience including high-volume and strategic hiring playbooks, scorecards, and funnels.
- HRIS/automation capability ideally using Rippling or equivalent.
- Data literacy with expertise in dashboards, workforce insights, and trend analysis.
