In this role as Hospitality Team Director, you will oversee the planning, ordering, preparation, and compliance of food service, laundry, and cleaning operations at our IRT William Beach Gardens Aged Care Center.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Lead and mentor hospitality employees, including reviewing performance and developing skills.
  2. Ensure the planning, ordering, and preparation of all meals comply with resident dietary requirements and meet quality standards.
  3. Oversee food safety documentation and ensure all work practices meet HACCP requirements.
  4. Monitor deliveries and process them according to IRT's food safety plan.
  5. Ensure the management and delivery of hospitality services meet Aged Care Quality Standards and align with IRT policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Hospitality (or similar) and Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proven experience in a similar role with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Aged Care Quality and Food Safety Standards.
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
