Job Title:

Expert Consultant - Implementation Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced implementation specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating customers on best practices in the implementation of EmpLive, estimating work effort, and communicating with project managers, customers, and stakeholders on project status.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of consulting experience in implementing a WFM or HCM SaaS product or software implementation experience. They will also possess logical and technical mindset that can analyze problems and identify root causes, effective communication skills both written and verbal, and experience with business process improvement.

As an implementation specialist, you will partner with all internal teams during project phases to ensure a successful customer implementation. You will also assist customers with software testing along with rollout and go-live activities such as data loads and system initialization. Furthermore, you will conduct web-based and on-site customer solution training workshops and become familiar with aspects of labor laws and how they impact employers and their employees.

Travel requirements include up to 25% and relocation is not necessary as ability to work in Australia is compulsory.
