Sephora is a leading global beauty retailer that empowers individuals to discover their unique beauty identity. We are seeking a highly skilled Skincare Specialist to join our team in Parramatta on a Full-Time basis.

This role offers the opportunity to inspire and educate customers on skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive measures. As a Skincare Specialist, you will be responsible for creating emotional connections with customers and helping them discover our extensive skincare selection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques to offer expert advice and recommendations.
  • Conduct skin analysis and consultations to identify customer skin concerns and provide personalized solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our skincare products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in skincare and sales.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in skincare or sales is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of skincare trends and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Certification in skincare is highly desirable.
