We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Western Australia.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and adapt to changing priorities.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service experiences through multiple channels, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, working collaboratively with the Customer Service Team Leader to achieve team objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service experiences via various touchpoints
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate effectively with the Customer Service Team Leader to achieve business goals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is desirable, preferably in a leisure facility setting
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
