The Role

We're seeking a motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Dual Site Concession Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving a customer-focused culture and creating a memorable experience for every interaction
  • Empowering the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration
  • Working with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad
  • Motivating the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
  • Driving operational excellence, managing rosters, and preparing back-of-house administration
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff
  • An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously
  • A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs and in line with budgets
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
  • A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
