At Ventia, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Services Supervisor to join our team in the Bankstown area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional maintenance services to our clients.

About the Opportunity

This is a permanent full-time supervisory position that requires a trade-certified individual with a strong background in maintenance management. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Supervisor to ensure efficient coordination, compliance, and supervision of all field work conducted in their designated area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage work programs, delivering weekly updates to the Senior Supervisor, works manager, and Contracts Manager as required
  • Manage Safety KPI inspection targets, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met
  • Deliver on Quality notices review and close out, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Management of KPIs EOT's and variations, optimizing project outcomes and client satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license (C) class
  • Trade certification in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in public housing or facilities maintenance management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with excellent time management and communication skills
