Tesla Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our team at Tesla in Canberra. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, from initial contact to delivery day.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Engage with walk-in guests, prospective customers, and current owners to educate them about Tesla's product offerings and answer questions.
- Sales and Delivery Operations: Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling Test Drives for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential.
- Client Service: Provide the highest level of customer service throughout the full sales and delivery cycle and installation process, as well as continued support throughout ownership.
- Product Knowledge: Educate customers on all details of the purchase and delivery journey from initial contact through to delivery day, and ensure vehicle readiness in preparation for the customer's delivery appointment.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly sales and delivery targets, and contribute to the achievement of individual KPIs.
- Client Service Experience: Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Industry Knowledge: A passion for sustainable energy and the ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Product Knowledge: A mastery of all Tesla products and services, with the ability to keep up with EV industry trends and local incentives.
- Availability: Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
