Digital Campaign Manager Job Description
The Royal Automobile Club of Victoria is seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of our digital campaigns across multiple channels. As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing automated multi-channel campaign activities and customer journeys within our marketing automation platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Data, Strategy & Analytics team and across the broader business, including Technology, Digital & Digital Products, Brand and Marketing as well as individual product teams. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless execution and deliveries of all campaigns across multiple channels, including integration into Salesforce and other digital mediums.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media and mobile messaging.
- Work in conjunction with Marketing teams to deliver and continuously optimise campaigns across the entire customer's life cycle.
- Establish a campaign delivery capability that is reliable, scalable and measurable in the execution of all campaign activities.
- Ensure seamless execution and deliveries of all campaigns across multiple channels, including integration into Salesforce and other digital mediums.
- Develop a marketing automation campaign delivery framework, in the areas of automated and trigger-based campaigns and customer communications journeys.

Requirements
- Degree Qualified in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and technical experience in managing data imports and writing SQL statements.
- Experience in SFMC components will be highly regarded, primarily Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
- Proven experience in developing, optimising and managing CRM and 1:1 campaigns and journeys.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and business acumen when designing solutions to business problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data driven approach.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills and high attention to details, with the ability to manage multiple time sensitive projects under tight deadlines.
