Nursing Leadership Role in Aged Care

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to lead our team and provide exceptional care to residents in our aged care facility. As a clinical leader, you will develop, deliver, and evaluate resident care plans to meet their individual needs.

  • You will work closely with medical professionals, allied health staff, and residents' families to ensure the highest level of care is provided.
  • With your sharp clinical assessment skills, you will take the lead in providing clinical services and supervising Personal Care Workers.
  • You will get to know each resident and become a fundamental part of their life, advocating for their quality of life and ensuring their individual goals are met.

  • You will be committed to contemporary aged care nursing practice and hold a nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.
