Imagine leading a high-performing team as an Electrical Director, driving strategic direction and project delivery excellence across diverse portfolios.

  • You will provide leadership and technical oversight for the electrical engineering function within the Building Services team.
  • Foster innovation and collaboration to expand the client base, secure major projects, and enhance market presence in Western Australia.
  • Oversee complex building services projects across sectors including commercial, health, education, transport, and mixed-use developments.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing electrical engineering team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Elevate technical excellence and quality assurance across all design documentation and project deliverables.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, developers, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Contribute to the financial performance of the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Chartered status (CPEng) and Engineers Australia membership preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in building services electrical engineering, with a strong background in project delivery, design leadership, and team management.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership or director-level position within a consultancy environment.
  • Demonstrated success in winning and delivering major building services projects across a range of sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial management in a consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
