Seeking a seasoned Electrical Superintendent to lead our electrical maintenance team in a pivotal leadership role. Drive innovation, optimise performance and foster a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing electrical maintenance team.
  • Design and implement maintenance strategies that enhance plant efficiency and reliability.
  • Oversee the maintenance of critical electrical infrastructure, including HV substations, LV/MV distribution systems and safety control systems.
  • Provide strategic support for capital projects and shutdowns, including resource planning and prioritisation.
  • Promote and uphold a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with site policies.
  • Investigate and report on incidents, taking proactive steps to eliminate hazards.
  • Manage resources and provide regular updates on expenditure.

Requirements:

  • Electrical Trade Qualifications (required); Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (desired).
  • 7-10 years of leadership experience in heavy industry, mining or smelting.
  • Extensive knowledge of asset maintenance systems and processes.
