Lead a dynamic retail team as a Store Manager, overseeing all aspects of store operations and driving exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading pastry brand, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and product quality. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, managing store performance, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in leadership roles, particularly in hospitality or retail. You will possess excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and develop your team, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive business results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership to the store team, setting clear expectations and goals.
  • Manage store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention.
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential.

About You
  • 2-3 years' leadership experience in hospitality or retail
  • A talent for mentoring others – you love to lead by example
  • Passionate about the customer experience and product quality
  • Ability to connect with customers and provide an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated capability to multi-task – your organizational skills will be a strength
  • Positive team player with strong communication skills
  • Authentic and down to earth with a genuine love of people
  • Holds a valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willing to obtain one)
