Nespresso Brand Ambassador Role

Are you passionate about coffee and looking for a casual, flexible opportunity? We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our team at The Good Guys Kotara.

This is an excellent chance to develop your skills in sales, customer service, and coffee expertise while representing an internationally recognized coffee brand.

About the Role:

  • As a Casual Brand Ambassador, you will provide personalized coffee machine recommendations to customers, drive store staff brand engagement, and educate and drive compliance to promotional campaigns.
  • You will be working approximately 10-12 hours per week, with flexibility to choose your own shifts.
  • The role involves comprehensive sales and coffee training, KPI bonus incentives, and opportunities for career progression.

About You:

  • You must be confident, energetic, and passionate about coffee.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • You should be a fast learner with strong critical thinking skills, able to work well under pressure, and be reliable and driven.
  • Are you available for weekend shifts and have a reliable mode of transport?
