Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive innovative and sustainable packaging initiatives across our ANZ business, leading and developing consumer-winning packaging solutions.
  • Collaborate with our Research & Development Leadership Team to ensure sustainability, quality, efficiency, and cost goals are met.
  • Partner with suppliers to leverage their knowledge and capabilities, staying up-to-date with developments in the packaging industry.
  • Work with procurement to establish relationships with new packaging suppliers where necessary.
  • Provide expertise to guide and influence the sustainability agenda.

Requirements:

  • Coupled with Food Science/Packaging or Material Science, you'll have a strong track record of success in a similar role in the food packaging industry.
  • You'll have an innovative and creative approach to problem-solving and new design implementation.
  • Working cross-functionally and with external suppliers, you'll have well-developed written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
  • You'll be passionate about delivering sustainable and innovative packaging solutions that engage and inspire others.
