About Us

The Mai-Wel Group has been providing a diverse range of disability and community services for over 65 years.

We are looking for a Senior Mentor to manage a caseload, providing person-centred, intensive case management while promoting the Parent Pathways program across the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Caseworker Role
  • Mentor and coach parents and carers in overcoming vocational and non-vocational barriers to achieve their goals.
  • Build and maintain community connections with employers, schools and services to create pathways.
  • Manage compliance, administration and reporting requirements using MS Office.
  • Promote the Parent Pathways program to stakeholders and contribute to quality and audit outcomes.
About You

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Bring:

  • A Diploma level qualification in Community Services, Mental Health, Business, HR, Youth or related field (or currently undertaking).
  • Experience in Employment Services or Community Services is highly regarded.
  • Experience in case management.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and documentation.
  • Personal experience overcoming challenges, or as a parent or carer, bringing the ability to genuinely connect with and inspire participants.
