Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities
  • Assisting with daily living activities, community support, and empowerment
  • Working under general guidance from participants and their families
Requirements
  • Cert III or IV in Disability/Individual Support or equivalent
  • Experience working in the disability sector
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Benefits
  • Casual employment base rate from $34 per hour plus penalty rates and fuel allowance
