About this role:
  • Develop high-end residential and commercial projects from concept to completion.
  • Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional quality projects.
  • Collaborate directly with senior staff on design documentation and client relationships.
  • Oversee construction administration and effectively manage building contracts.
  • Apply expertise in construction knowledge to guide projects from inception to completion.
  • Mentor junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Key requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in post-graduate architecture with a strong focus on NSW standards.
  • Proven track record of project management and on-site construction administration.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD and familiarity with QA systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Class 2 experience is a bonus.
  • Architect registration in NSW is an advantage.
  • Australian working rights are essential.
