Operations Support Officer
Job Description:

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to take charge of all facets of lending operations support. As an Operations Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the daily payments process, and liaising with third-party vendors.

You will work closely with our lending specialists and report to the Operations Support Team Leader. Your day-to-day activities will include:
  • Providing top-notch customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing the daily payments process
  • Liaising with third-party vendors
The Ideal Candidate:
We're seeking a team player who is comfortable working in a paperless office environment, has strong computer skills, and can provide quality customer service with a solid phone manner. Experience in consumer lending and credit assessments is an advantage.
