About the Role:
- Provide person-centered support and planning for people with disabilities, their families and support teams.
- Build strong relationships to help them envision a life full of positive experiences and opportunities for people of all ages.
- Work alongside participants and their key supports to develop new skills and habits.
- Champion the role of a social model practitioner by helping people overcome barriers that keep them from engaging with their local community and the wider world.
Your Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor or Masters of Disability (or equivalent).
- Be eligible to be a member of the DEAI (Membership required upon commencement).
- Hold a valid drivers license.
