Job Description:

In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative team to deliver cutting-edge solutions and provide top-notch maintenance services for our autonomous drills and semi-autonomous dozer fleet. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining autonomous operating systems, performing service and repairs on base machines, and responding to autonomous and network equipment breakdowns on site.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with autonomous operating systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy mobile plant equipment
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement timely solutions
  • Monitor and maintain communication trailers to ensure seamless operation
  • Access technical information via manuals, OEM documentation, and computer systems
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with all safety protocols
  • Conduct regular inspections to optimize equipment availability and efficiency

About You:

To thrive in this role, you will require:

  • A trade qualification in Heavy Mobile Plant, Electrical, Auto Electrical, or Communication Technology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mining maintenance
  • Strong collaboration and independent work skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • A proven track record of prioritizing safety and adhering to all regulatory requirements
  • Desirable experience with autonomous haulage, drill, or dozer systems
