The ideal candidate will be a skilled educator with the potential to grow and develop as a professional. They'll possess a desire to improve their practice, be self-aware, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality education.

The classroom teacher classification comprises two salary ranges: range 1 and range 2. Your primary focus will be on planning, preparing, and teaching programs designed to achieve specific student outcomes. As a Range 2 classroom teacher, you'll contribute significantly to improving student performance and educational outcomes.

We seek someone who is willing to take calculated risks, innovate, and think creatively when faced with challenges. Our team encourages risk-taking, acknowledges the importance of failing forward, and values collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum, experience in responding to student learning needs, and the ability to incorporate literacy and numeracy skills into their teaching practice. You'll also need to have experience in using data to inform your teaching practice and providing feedback to students and parents.

As a member of our school community, you'll be expected to reflect upon your practice, engage in ongoing professional learning, and continually improve the quality of your teaching.
