Mobile Functional Test Lead Position

A key role has become available for a Mobile Functional Test Lead within our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading mobile application testing efforts, ensuring high-quality releases and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in mobile application testing, preferably with expertise in Android and iOS platforms. They should have experience leading testing efforts and conducting functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure app quality.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership abilities. Additionally, they should have experience with testing tools like Appium, Selenium, XCUITest, Espresso, basic knowledge of automation testing and scripting, and experience with test management tools such as Jira and Xray.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mobile application testing efforts to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver testing results.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure app quality.
  • Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with developers to resolve issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior testers, providing training and support.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in mobile testing.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in mobile application testing, preferably with expertise in Android and iOS platforms.
  • Experience leading testing efforts and conducting functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure app quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with testing tools like Appium, Selenium, XCUITest, Espresso, basic knowledge of automation testing and scripting, and experience with test management tools such as Jira and Xray.
  • Proven experience as a Mobile Test Lead or similar role for Android and iOS.
