Job Opportunity:

Nurse Educator in Medical Imaging

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurse Educator to join our Medical Imaging team. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with a supportive team, promoting excellence in nursing practice and contributing to the growth and development of our nursing workforce.

About the Role:

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate education programs that enhance capability across the nursing workforce.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging professional growth and development within the team.
  • Provide one-to-one teaching, support, and in-service education tailored to individual needs.
  • Take on a leadership role as a mentor, preceptor, and role model, promoting collaboration and shared learning.
  • Contribute expertise to the development and review of procedures and guidelines, ensuring best practice is at the core of our care.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Relevant post-registration qualification in education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience delivering education and applying learning and assessment principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and independently.
