• Location: Across Tasmania
• Type/Work Pattern: Permanent Full time or Part time and Other Flexible options (negotiable)

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a Communications Therapist, you will be responsible for:

1. Providing clinical care, advice, and education to participants, aligned with clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices
2. Evaluating participant management plans for effectiveness, efficiency, and quality, making modifications as necessary
3. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to establish common goals and develop integrated care plans
4. Communicating effectively with participants and families to ensure their understanding and inclusion in treatment and care decisions

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Experience and qualifications in Speech Pathology
• Active membership of Speech Pathology Australia, or a willingness to attain it
• Current or ability to apply for Vulnerable People Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current driver's license
• National Police Check (no older than 3 months)
