Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert advice and support to clients regarding their property purchase or sale;
  • Interacting with stakeholders regarding contract contents and amendments;
  • Matter management, including monitoring of important client milestones and obligations;
  • Liaising with financial institutions, mortgage brokers, and other related stakeholders to ensure the timely settlement of matters;
  • Conducting searches and producing settlement statements and documents for client matters;
  • Arranging settlements on behalf of clients via electronic platforms and with our internal settlement team.
