Job Title: Social Worker Level 1-2

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated social worker to provide high-quality services to patients, clients, consumers, and their families or carers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal health outcomes aligned with ISLHD policies, procedures, standards, relevant legislation, and the NSW Health Code of Conduct.

This is a temporary leave relief position until 16 October 2026, with the possibility of extension.

About Us

We are located on Dharawal Country and are the Illawarra Shoalhaven's major referral and teaching hospital with over 500 beds.

Our campus includes the Illawarra Regional Cancer Care Centre and offers a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient, and community-based services.

Requirements
