Key Responsibilities- Support clients with daily activities, including showering, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist clients with their medication routines, ensuring adherence to prescribed regimens.
- Help with household tasks, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Provide companionship, assist with social outings, and support clients in engaging with their communities.
- Contribute to the development and review of individualized care plans, ensuring they meet clients' needs and preferences.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a direct care role.
- A current driver's license and a reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle suitable for work purposes.
