About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Officer (Documentation) to join our team at Bendigo Bank. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation of legal security documentation, including contracts and mortgages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review complex legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide guidance and support on loan securities, land titles, and other property legislation.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A strong understanding of property title requirements for all Australian jurisdictions.
  • Knowledge of loan securities, land titles, and other forms of property legislation, stamp duty legislation, and practices.
  • Proven experience in a similar field, such as loan processing, security documentation, or conveyancing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A high level of literacy skills and attention to detail.
