Key Responsibilities:

  • Cocktail Creation: Develop and prepare a variety of cocktails, staying up-to-date with the latest mixology trends.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a smooth operation.
  • Upselling: Confidently communicate with guests to enhance their experience and increase sales.
  • Space Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, setting up and packing service areas with precision.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Bar Attendant or equivalent role, with a passion for mixology and customer service.
  • Qualifications: Possession of a valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the specific country/state/territory.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to diverse food and beverage settings, and flexible across different schedules.
