Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality client-side game applications using web technologies like TypeScript or JavaScript, with a focus on client-server communication patterns and standards. Experience with WebGL technologies like PixiJS or Three.js, and animation libraries (GSAP or similar) is advantageous.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep experience with client-side web development technologies like TypeScript or JavaScript, and tooling like webpack, Vite, Jest, or Vitest.
  • Understanding of cloud development fundamentals and containerisation (Docker and/or Kubernetes).
  • Strong fundamentals in OO vs Functional programming paradigms.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders, prototype, and collaborate on features to meet requirements while maintaining non-functional application guidelines.
  • Well-rounded software engineering practices including writing clean, well-structured code, automated tests, and documentation.
