Job Title: Java Algorithm Developer
Overview
The Role: We seek a skilled Java algorithm developer to drive our technology strategy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in high-frequency trading and experience with C++.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced trading algorithms focusing on speed, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance execution speed and efficiency.
  • Work effectively under pressure with a focus on real-time issues.
  • Apply algorithm enhancements and platform performance tuning.
Requirements:
Development skills in either Java, C++, or C#
A scripting language, preferably Python
Experience working in Linux environments
Strong awareness of prioritization and time management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong academic record in computer science degree
Minimum 3 years' experience in software development

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in finance industry
Strong knowledge of Java, C++, or C#
Experience with scripting languages like Python
Familiarity with Linux operating systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
