An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our team in the Department of Health, Tasmania. This permanent, full-time position offers a challenging and rewarding career path, with opportunities for professional growth and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our Sub-Acute, Aged and Community services, Royal Hobart Hospital wards, off-site units, and the greater community.
About the Role
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in clinical expertise, critical thinking, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and promoting the efficient and effective provision of aged care based on best practice clinical and organisational principles. They will also be required to support and promote an environment that fosters teaching, quality improvement, and research activities.
